    DDC Hardware type specimen site

    Offered in three widths, DDC Hardware is a comprehensive, industrial sans-serif typeface by Aaron Draplin of the Draplin Design Co. and Riley Cran of Lost Type.

    To announce the launch of the typeface, they commissioned me to design and develop a series of interactive type specimens that showed the typeface in action. Try the site—and more importantly, the typeface—for yourself at ddc-hardware.losttype.com!

    DDC Hardware has a much larger character set than many other takes on this style of type; I wanted to dedicate a section of the specimen to showing that off.
    The site includes a no-nonsense editor to try out the typeface.
